I am not officially diagnosed with prediabetes. Is this program still for me?

Yes. If your blood sugar has been trending upward, if your doctor has mentioned watching your numbers, or if you simply want to be proactive about your metabolic health, this program was built for you. You do not need a formal diagnosis to benefit from understanding how to eat for blood sugar health.

I have tried changing my diet before and it did not work. Why would this be different?

How much time will this take each week?

What if I cannot make the live calls?
